| MATERIAL | A special extruded aluminum profile is used around the top table for support and design purposes. The large and small legs at the front consist of 1.50 mm thick special laser cut press-twisted sheets. The legs are supported by 1.50 mm thick special laser cut sheet metal parts. For the support and foot connection under the table, 1.50 mm thick special laser cut press-twisted sheets, 20x60x1.20 mm thick metal profile and 30x40x1.20 mm thick metal profile are welded together. There are U-shaped legs formed as a result. It is mounted under the table by connecting it to the front legs. There are two 51 gauge metal profiles under the table for the caisson and console connection. For the curtain connection, parts formed by welding 1.50 mm thick special laser cut sheets to the ends of 25x50x1 mm thick ellipse profile are used. Pingo under the feet Special laser cut sheets of 4 mm thickness are welded for the connection. After all the metal parts are mechanically and chemically cleaned and coated with zinc and iron phosphate, they are baked with electrostatic epoxy polyester (80 ± 20 micron thick) mixture powder paint. |
