| SPONGE | 28 DNS cut sponge is used in the font (sitting) part of the sofa and 15 DNS cut sponge is used in the back part. For design purposes, there is a cushion containing 28 DNS gray cut sponge. In addition, 28 DNS sponge is used in the inner, outer and upper parts of the arms, and 25 DNS cut sponge is used in the middle parts for design purposes. |
| FOOT | Two pieces of 8 mm legs, tapering from 65 mm to 35 mm, are welded together to 5 mm thick special laser cut sheet metal legs. After all metal parts are cleaned mechanically and chemically and coated with zinc and iron phosphate, they are baked with electrostatic epoxy-polyester mixture powder paint. |
| SKELETON | 20 x 40 x 1.5 mm metal profiles were used in the base and glaze part. There is a 2 mm special laser cut press-twisted sheet metal at the base for the foot connection for durability. E1 norm particle board is used in the seating and back parts. |
