| MATERIAL | The top table consists of 18 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboard. The middle covers, sides, bottom table, uprights and shelves are made of 18 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboard. The right and left doors in the cabin are made of 18 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboard. It is shaped on a CNC machine for design purposes. The cabinet backrest consists of 08 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboard. The edges of the 18 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboards used are covered with 1 mm anti-impact Poly-Vinly-Chloride (PVC). 8 metric 25 mm diameter pingo feet are used under the feet. All fasteners used are in TSE norms |
| FOOT MATERIAL | Front legs are made of 1.50 mm thick, special laser cut press-twisted sheet metal that thickens at an angle from 30 mm to 90 mm. 1.50 mm thick special laser cut press twisted sheet metal and 20x60x1.50 mm and 30x40x1.20 mm thick metal profiles are welded together with the front legs to form the foot. The resulting leg is mounted on the cabinet. For support purposes, a 20x40x1.20 mm thick metal profile is mounted under the cabinet with 2 mm thick sheet metal studs. Special laser cut sheets of 4 mm thickness are welded for the pingo connection under the feet. |
