| SPONGE | In the font (seating) part of the sofa, another layer of 28 DNS cut sponge is used on top of 28 DNS cut sponge, and in the back part, 28 DNS cut sponge is used. 28 DNS white cut sponge is used in the outer back and front parts of the seat. |
| FOOT | The arm and foot frame consists of 20 x 40 x 1.50 mm thick metal profiles cut at an angle and then welded together. |
| SKELETON | E1 norm particle board is used on the base and back. Solid beech wood is used for durability and support. In order to keep the arms stable and provide support under the base, two 20 x 40 x 1.50 mm thick metal profiles are welded to the arm frame. There are 0.90 mm thick special laser cut press-twisted sheets on the arm part for design purposes. It is welded to metal profiles. For design purposes, melamine-coated chipboard in E1 norm is shaped on a CNC machine and mounted into the sheet metal. The edges of the 18 mm E1 norm melamine coated chipboard used are sealed with 1 mm anti-impact Poly-Vinly-Chloride (PVC). |
